We provided the abandonment of 1-8,000 gallon underground storage tank (USTs) next to building, removed 3-10,000 gallon USTs and installed 3-10,000 gallon fiberlglass USTs and piping.  The existing tank system leaked into the soil, so the tanks had to be removed along with approximately 1,800 tons contaminated soils disposed of offsite at a landfill.  The new tank system was installed in the same tank area and then concreted to meet the OSFM regulations for the owner to proceed with business operations.  

We provided tank sumps for 4 existing fiberglass underground storage tank (USTs), new manways, tank pumps, tank probes, spill buckets, piping, electric, and concrete for existing station to get it in compliance with OSFM regulations due to being out of service since 2018.  The existing dispensers, piping, and tank system had to be tested for OSFM to allow station to reopen.  

This project consisted of removing 2 - 48,000 gallon diesel underground storage tanks from a trucking company facility.  We had to remove over 40,000 gallons of contaminated groundwater and dispose of a a licensed waste facility due to the tanks leaking.  Once the tanks were removed we backfilled the excavation area with clean sand and gravel and then poured concrete pavement to allow trucks to safely drive on lot.  We are currently addressing closing the open petroleum release with the IEPA.

This project consisted of installing and constructing a commercial playground system for the community to enjoy for many years.  We installed numerous playground equipment structures for all ages from 5 to 12 years old, along with swing sets, handicap accessible sidewalks, beautiful landscaping, and safety mulch.  This turned out to be wonderful addition around the lake and beach area.  

This project consisted of installing and constructing a large 3 story commercial playground system with large slides for the School District to enjoy for many years.  We installed this playground equipment structure for ages from 10 to 13 years old, along with boarders and safety rubber mulch.  This turned out to be wonderful addition for the middle school children to utilize.

This project consisted of removing an existing playground and installing and constructing a commercial playground system for a private home owner.  We installed numerous playground equipment structures for all ages from 5 to 12 years old, along with swing sets, beautiful landscaping, and safety mulch.  This turned out to be wonderful addition for the homeowners family.
